Accessibility

Using this site.

What we've built this site to do, where it still falls short, and how to tell us when it gets in your way.

We want everyone to be able to use this site — including people using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, or relying on magnification or high contrast. If something here gets in your way, we'd rather hear about it than not.

The standard we work to

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard Australian government agencies apply to their own websites. We check new pages against it as we build them rather than auditing after the fact.

What we've done

Text and background colours meet AA contrast ratios, including on our dark sections

Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus state

Headings are structured in order so screen readers can navigate by them

Images carry text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology

Text resizes to 200% without loss of content, and the layout reflows on small screens

Rate and fee information is set as real text, not as an image of a table

Known issues

We'd rather list these than pretend they aren't there:

Documents we publish as PDFs may not be fully tagged for screen readers — ask us and we'll send the content another way

Role listings hosted by third-party job boards are outside our control and may not meet the same standard

We review the site against these guidelines as we change it. If you find something we've missed, the section below tells you how to let us know.

Alternative formats

If you need anything on this site — a fee breakdown, a role description, a contract document — in large print, plain text, or another format, email us and we will send it. There's no charge and you don't need to explain why.

Tell us about a problem

Email info@allezdigital.com.au with the page and what happened. We'll acknowledge it within two business days and tell you what we're going to do about it.
